Adrian is Head of Commercial Funding @ 75point3 and has over 30 years' experience in business finance. This has been gained over his career in banking ,which involved working with small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) on their funding needs. Specialising in the SME market for many years has provided Adrian with a good knowledge and understanding when structuring and sourcing deals for his clients.

Adrian’s focus is on sourcing business finance for a wide variety of sectors to include development finance, real estate, healthcare and finance for trading businesses. Facilities arranged will include commercial mortgages, bridging finance, secured and unsecured loans together with cashflow lending and asset finance.

Ruth Eaves joined 75point3 in July 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience in commercial finance. With over three decades in the financial industry, she previously spent 16 years as a Commercial Manager for a High Street Bank before becoming an Area Manager for high-net-worth clients across North Wales and the North West for another 16 years.

As a Commercial Finance Consultant, Ruth specialises in sourcing tailored business finance solutions across a range of sectors, including development finance, real estate finance, and trading businesses. She works with commercial mortgages, bridging finance, cash flow lending, asset finance, and invoice discounting, helping clients secure the best financial solutions to meet their goals. She is supported by Keeley Westwell in ensuring clients receive top-tier service.

Committed to ongoing professional development, Ruth has completed her CF1 qualification and is currently studying for the Financial Intermediary and Broker Association Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys walking her two dogs, George and Lady, training at the gym, and interior design—she is currently remodelling a family home that has been in the family for 57 years.
