Chloe Evans, Compliance Assistant based in 75point3’s St Asaph. Chloe is originally from North Wales and joined 75point3 in January 2021 after graduating with a BA (Hons) from Leeds Beckett University.

Driven by a passion for maintaining regulatory integrity and risk management Chloe is an integral part of the compliance team, overseeing all aspects of compliance and training and competency at 75point3. Chloe is working towards attaining the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, showcasing her commitment to continuous learning and growth.

Chloe is bilingual communication in both Welsh and English.

Keeley Westwell joined 75point3 in September 2023, bringing over a decade of experience in the property industry as an estate agent before running her own business. Initially starting in mortgages, she has since transitioned into the Commercial Funding department, where she now works as a Commercial Funding Assistant, supporting Ruth and Adrian with the ambition to become a Commercial Funding Consultant.

With a strong foundation in business, Keeley holds a Business Management degree and has recently signed up to complete her Level 3 Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property qualification to further enhance her expertise in the sector.

Outside of work, Keeley enjoys being outdoors, weight training, and spending time with her three children, making the most of family adventures and active pursuits.

Carole Evans joined 75point3 in February 2007, bringing with her 22 years of experience at Halifax in the financial services industry. With an extensive background in banking and mortgage administration, she plays a key role in supporting Mark and other Mortgage Advisers, as well as working closely with the administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Her role involves handling client documentation, liaising with lenders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations, all while maintaining the high standards of customer service.

With a wealth of experience under her belt, Carole has her sights set on retirement in the future, but for now, she continues to be an invaluable member of the team.

Outside of work, Carole has a passion for travel, skiing, and keeping fit, always looking for new adventures to enjoy.

Jordan Pattullo joined 75point3 in 2021. He carries out a dual role at the company’s Colwyn Bay branch supporting Ffion Berry Evans and Nisha Hampshire-Jones with mortgage advice as well as looking after the Principality Building Society agency. Both roles are very demanding with high level customer expectations related to house purchase, keeping introducers up to date with developments, meeting lender and regulatory requirements as well as 75point3 and Principality internal procedures.


Jordan has signed up to complete the Chartered Insurance Institute diploma in financial planning and completed his first module towards the end of 2023.

Emily Jones joined 75point3 in March 2023 as a Financial Services Assistant, where she focuses on administrative work in pensions and investments. Emily is dedicated to her role, providing crucial support to the team and ensuring smooth operations within the department.

Despite being relatively new to the financial industry, Emily is committed to expanding her knowledge and skills. She aims to obtain several qualifications at levels 3 and 4 before deciding on her future career progression within the field.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending her time binge-watching the latest shows, staying up-to-date with most recent movie releases and playing video games.

Emily's dedication to her work and continuous learning, combined with her passion for achieving, make her a valued member of the team.

Trystan joined 75point3 in October 2022, bringing with him a diverse set of transferable skills from previous roles. As a Financial Services Administrator, his role is varied and dynamic, supporting multiple areas of the business, including IT, background processes, marketing, administration, client services, and property maintenance.

He works closely with the all departments in 75point3, ensuring smooth operations across different departments. Committed to helping 75point3 achieve its long-term goals, he provides support wherever it’s needed.

Outside of work, he enjoys driving and exploring new places, keeping up with the latest tech, and spending time with friends.

Sophie Davies joined 75point3 in May 2024, bringing three years of experience in wealth management.

Sophie plays a key role in the company’s mortgage administration team, supporting Ffion Berry Evans and Nisha Hampshire-Jones with our mortgage services while also managing customer interactions for the Principality Building Society agency.

Sophie has already completed her CeMAP and R05 qualifications and is currently studying for her CeRER (Equity Release) certification as she progresses towards becoming a Mortgage Adviser.

Outside of work, Sophie considers herself a racket sports enthusiast, with a particular love for badminton, tennis, and squash—and she considers herself something of a pro!

Jade Hughes joined 75point3 in December 2023 as a Financial Services Assistant, providing support to the IFA's and New Business Team. Despite entering with no prior financial industry experience, Jade is eager to learn and is currently working her way toward completing exams as she aims to progress to become a financial adviser in the future.

Outside of work, Jade stays active through exercise, running, and indulges in her passion for travel. She also treasures spending quality time with loved ones and her dogs.

Kiah Williams joined 75point3 as a Financial Services Assistant, she plays a crucial role in actioning and monitoring financial transactions, including fund switches, withdrawals, and contributions, ensuring everything runs smoothly for clients.

With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, Kiah supports the team in handling financial processes efficiently. Kiah is rapidly building her experience and knowledge within the industry.

Outside of work, Kiah has a love for hiking, traveling, and scuba diving, always looking for her next adventure—whether it's trekking new trails or exploring the depths of the ocean.

Delyth holds a Diploma in Customer Services and continues to bring dedication and expertise to her role.

Outside of work, Delyth enjoys hiking and training, staying active and embracing the outdoors.
