Our fee for our complete mortgage advice service is £499, this is ONLY payable if your mortgage application is successful, and your property purchase completes.  Our service to you includes comparing the whole of the market to find you the best deals, undertaking affordability calculations, managing and completing all the paperwork, submitting and managing your application and ensuring all deadlines are met, and generally supporting you with helpful advice throughout the entire process of purchasing your property.
As a mortgage is secured against your home, it may be repossessed if you do not keep up the mortgage repayments
The Financial Conduct Authority does not regulate some commercial and buy to let mortgages.
A Lifetime mortgage secured against your home or Equity Release will reduce the value of your estate and may affect your entitlement to means tested benefits. Our fee for this advice is £699. All fees payable on completion*.
